ABOUT US

Our message

Good-Natured is so much more than a Christian fashion label with modern streetwear – we are a passionate movement with big goals. Our mission goes beyond fashion: it combines Christian values with fairly produced clothing made from organic cotton. Together with you, we want to make a statement in the fashion industry. Every piece you wear is a message of ‘making it fair’. Through our clothing, we want to encourage the people around us to make a difference themselves. That’s exactly what Jesus calls us to do – to make a difference. So let’s not only wear the central message of the Bible – “Love your neighbour” – on our clothes, but live it out where we are.

The team

Marc Kempe – Managing Director & Organisational Genius

I’m Marc, one of the two managing directors of Good-Natured, and I make sure everything runs smoothly in production. From production arrangements and organisation to finance & controlling – my focus is on turning high-quality fashion with a strong message into reality.
As you approach 30, you often get asked: are you into coffee, do you have a road bike, or do you already have kids? My answer: why not all three? I’m married, a dad, love sport – especially road cycling – and I’m active in my local church. I also love being outdoors and, of course, I’m a passionate coffee lover – who isn’t at Good-Natured?

The team

Aron Oswald – Managing Director & Creative Mind

I’m Aron Oswald, one of the two managing directors of Good-Natured, and I’ve been part of the team from day one. My focus is on PR, networking and design – always with the clear goal of passing on the message of God’s faithfulness and grace. In my free time (and at work too) I love drinking coffee and learning about it. I also enjoy sport, I’m involved in a local church, I love making music and spending time with my friends.

The team

Luca – Social Media & Art Enthusiast

I’m Luca and I look after Good-Natured’s social media channels. With plenty of creativity, I keep developing and rethinking our content. Alongside my work, I’m training to be a teacher in physics and art. Most people find that combination pretty unusual, but for me it’s a dream to spend three hours at the easel after a quantum physics lecture. In my free time I love being with people, playing board games and being actively involved in my church.

The team

Anna – Keeper of the Chaos

Hey hey, I’m Anna and I get to take care of lots of small but important things at Good-Natured. Whether it’s email support, warehouse logistics or bookkeeping – new day, new challenge. I’m so grateful to be part of the Good-Natured family, to have found a place to invest myself and to carry the message of God’s endless love into the world through cool fashion.
Alongside my work at Good-Natured, I run a small carpentry workshop with my dad, I’m the proud dog mum of a whippet called Schmidt and I absolutely love playing volleyball.

The team

Tobi – Creative Mind in B2B

Hey, I’m Tobi, your contact at Good-Natured for everything to do with B2B and external orders – from the first design to the invoice. What I love most is getting into conversation with so many different people and bringing creative ideas to life together.
Art, design and beautiful details have always fascinated me – and that’s exactly what I get to bring in here. At the same time, every project is an opportunity to pass on our vision of fair clothing and my passion for the gospel.
In my free time I love getting out with my camera or being involved in my church.

The team

Rosa – Professional Bow-Tier

I’m Rosa. I’ve been supporting Good-Natured as a volunteer since day zero, and since October 2025 I’ve officially been part of the team. At Good-Natured I pack your orders, optimise the packing process, I’m the queen of our warehouse and I love sending the saving message to you beautifully wrapped. In my main job I get to follow my calling: playing, reading aloud, being creative and shaping the future – day after day I work as an educator in a kindergarten. Since Good-Natured at the latest, I’ve become a big coffee lover. The rest of my time I spend renovating my house, having games nights with friends and hiking or jogging out in nature.

The team

Marthe – Event Lover & Organisational Heart

Hey, I’m Marthe and I’m responsible for everything to do with events at Good-Natured. I’m a fan of structure and order, and I try to keep track of everything even when things get hectic – that’s exactly what I find exciting. Whether planning, organising or coordinating on site: I love bringing events to life and creating spaces where people come together and are inspired. I especially love matcha and pretzels, but I’m getting more and more into coffee (much to my bosses’ delight). In my free time I love being out and about, ideally with friends and at events, or investing in my church.

We support children and families with 10% of our profit

With your order, you help us support aid projects around the world. At Good-Natured we donate 10% of our profit, including to Helping Hands in Uganda.

Helping Hands Uganda

At Good-Natured we are convinced that we can contribute to making the world a better place. That’s why we support Helping Hands Uganda, an organisation that lovingly cares for families in eastern Uganda who are threatened by poverty.

Through child sponsorships in Germany and the USA, around 1,500 children are given access to schooling, medical care and daily meals.

  • A safe home: The Village of Eden offers orphaned and vulnerable children a loving home with a church, school and clinic.
  • Education: Schooling from pre-school to year 12 (from 2025) as well as business training for adults.
  • Medical care: The clinic treats many people every day and sets up outposts in remote areas.
  • Faith and hope: Church services, home visits and Bible lessons strengthen faith and give hope.

Begegnung e.V. project in Ethiopia

We believe that businesses have a social responsibility. That’s why we’re delighted to support the Begegnung e.V. project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This wonderful initiative has been working for disadvantaged children and families since 2011. At the inclusive kindergarten, 65 children aged 2 to 6 receive loving care, playful learning and preparation for school.
Begegnung e.V. also does important work with single parents:

  • Education: On topics such as hygiene, parenting and family planning.
  • Microloans: Helping people build a self-employed livelihood.
  • Help in emergencies: Covering rent or doctors’ bills.

With our support, we help give these children and families a better future.
