Welcome to our teamwear FAQ! Here we answer all your questions about the ordering process, print options and delivery times. We want to make sure you get the best possible service and are happy with our products.

What does B2B mean?

B2B stands for business to business – in other words, two businesses working together. By the way, the relationship between a business and an end customer is called B2C (business to customer).

How far in advance should I enquire about a project?

For a relaxed process with a buffer for any eventualities, we recommend 6–8 weeks’ lead time. But if you’re short on time, we’ll move heaven and earth to help you meet your timeline and offer express production in under 4 weeks.

How much does it cost if you do all the design?

If we design your fashion project, there is a flat fee of €350 per planned design. This includes 2 drafts and the finalisation of one of the two designs, including 1 revision.

What is the minimum quantity for a project?

We can take on a project for you from 25 pieces. Projects with socks or embroidered items start at 50 pieces.

Are the products certified?

Our entire product range comes with certificates. For our clothing we use organic cotton certified to GOTS and/or GRS-certified recycled polyester. It’s not just our products that are certified – our manufacturing processes are transparent and fair too. Our socks are made in Germany, and for all our products made in Europe we can ensure fair production through personal contacts and trade unions. For products made outside Europe, we work with partner factories that are members of the Fair Wear Foundation.
