Welcome to our teamwear FAQ! Here we answer all your questions about the ordering process, printing options, and delivery times. We want to ensure you receive the best possible service and are satisfied with our products.
What does B2B mean?B2B stands for Business to Business. This means the collaboration between two companies. The collaboration between a company and its end customer is referred to as B2C (Business to Customer).
How far in advance should you inquire about a project?For a relaxed process with a buffer for all eventualities, we recommend 6-8 weeks' notice.
However, if you are under time pressure, we will do everything we can to ensure that you meet your timeline and offer express production in under 4 weeks.
How much does it cost if you design everything?If we design your fashion project, a flat fee of €200 applies per planned motif. This includes two drafts and the finalization of one of the two motifs, including one revision.
From what quantity is a project feasible? We can implement a project for you starting from 25 pieces.
Projects with socks or embroidered goods start at 50 pieces.
Our entire product range is certified. In the production of our clothing, we use GOTS-certified organic cotton and/or GRS-certified recycled polyester.
Not only are our products certified, but our manufacturing processes are also transparent and fair. Our socks are made in Germany, and for all our European products, we can guarantee fair production through personal contacts and trade unions. For products manufactured outside of Europe, we work with partner production facilities that are members of the Fair Wear Foundation.
